The  Lovrin Equine Ltd  stabling facilities include  27 acres  of substantial four rail, 4ft-3ins high post and rail fenced paddocks, all with self-filling mains piped water troughs and electric top-rail inset fence protection ropes. Paddocks are harrowed, rolled and fertilised seasonally as appropriate, and treated for weeds and checked for ragwort at regular intervals. Beyond but adjacent to and adjoining the summer paddocks, two 6 acre paddocks are available for (potentially communal) winter turnout, Both hay and haylage and are home produced.


The  Lovrin Equine Ltd  indoor stables facility is purpose built and well ventilated, and includes both wide corridors and a range of loose boxes including exceptionally spacious 12ft by 14ft boxes for the larger horse. Boxes are constructed of premier quality stable partitions,  each with yoke top sliding doors, drop down yoke infill panels, sloped floors fitted with multi-directional free-draining rubber matting, self-filling water drinkers, and externally accessed partition mounted feed mangers and hayracks.


The horse exerciser is a standard 36ft-7" diameter  Monarch 'Consort Plus'   five horse covered horse walker, with a 6ft-6ins wide walkway paved with thick rubber briquettes for maximum possible impact absorption, and which includes rubber linings to waist height on both inner and outer fences for extra protection of horses from injury.


There is also  Lovrin's  20 metre by 40 metre   All Weather, All Year Round Turn Out Area / Arena  immediately adjacent the stable facilities, which benefits from lighting suitable for use on dark winter evenings.

Extra large 13ft by 25ft Foaling Boxes  are also potentially available as and when required, as are Indoor Loose / Crew Yards.
